The rules that catch people out
- Seven-day grace period. Ran before you joined? You have seven days after the event to get your membership in and still collect the points.
- Member number first. Points match on your PEWC number, then on your first and last name. Nicknames break it.
- Highest division only, at year end. A member keeps points from the one division they stand highest in; the rest are dropped and everyone below moves up.
- State awards have thresholds. 100 members for a state's own Open awards, 50 in the other divisions — otherwise that state races in Combined.
- Producers report in Excel, within seven days. Screenshots are not accepted.
